Brain Hack #001

Everybody needs sleep. Why? Neuroscientists are still trying to figure that out. In the meantime you can optimize your life by taking advantage of the brains sleeping programming.

  2. I really wish I could get into a regular sleep pattern, I know how important sleep is to the human body, but I simply cant get a regular sleep pattern down.

    Working night shift can cause total havoc on the body, especially when everyone else is on a day shift, and need to call and discuss stuff with you through the business day. :-/

  6. Oh man this reminds me of lucid dreaming, I wish I had the ability to do that.
    And my sleeping pattern switches all the time, I can't get a normal one either @Ciriis
